I facilitate
to empower
an individual
or a team
to innovate by
reframing with
sprint principles.
Sprint process replaces open, unstructured conversation with real progress. Structure creates the space for flow.
This is how a Design Sprint2.0 week look like
A single week jam-packed with 2 days workshops to validate an idea before making costly investment.
MONDAY: The whole team gets together to understand, reframe problems, align goal and sketch concept solution to answer critical business questions.
TUESDAY: The whole team will vote on the sketch concept solutions, create user test flow and storyboard.
WEDNESDAY | THURSDAY: Designers will create prototypes on Wednesday and test it with five customers on Thursday. Prototype examples to test with customers include fake service with a script, fake snack bar, fake app, fake website, fake sales deck, fake packaging, fake marketing etc.
Prototypes examples
Design Sprint2.0 is a tested process to create a culture of innovation in aligning cross-disciplinary team to co-create concept, get many solutions in a short time, have quick yes/no answers over assumptions, get users feedback, move project forward and get work done faster.
To experience a better way of collaboration with sprint principles, if you are in Melbourne, schedule 30minutes of "Coffee over Post-its". This can also be done remotely.
If you are curious, I have written how I use design sprint principles with post-its over coffee.
